Here are the services available. We clearly separate what's included from what's optional, so you can book with full information.

Welcome to Luchon!
I'm Nathalie and I'll be delighted to welcome you to one of our three apartments. I've known Luchon for many years and I'm always happy to help you choose the apartment best suited to your stay, and to share information about the many activities on offer.

What's included in your stay
Free Wi-Fi, self check-in from 4pm, access information sent before your stay, free public parking nearby, advice and welcome guide.
Your arrival
You're free to arrive from 4pm onwards, whenever suits you best. Keys are available from a lockbox: you receive the code and full instructions by email before your stay.
Parking
Free parking is available near the apartment. You can stop in the dead-end street to unload your luggage.
Coffee
Enjoy a good coffee? We provide, your choice: a filter coffee maker or a Nespresso machine.
Wi-Fi
A free high-speed Wi-Fi connection in every apartment, ideal for staying connected or working remotely.
Our advice
A welcome guide will be sent before your stay, along with Nathalie's tips on activities, restaurants and outings.
Cleaning
End-of-stay cleaning is carried out by our provider after each departure to prepare the apartment for the next guests. It will always be charged with your booking; the amount appears in the price breakdown before payment.
Optional add-ons

Bed linen
Bed linen, provided for the whole stay. Please request as early as possible, at least 48h before your arrival.
Bath towels
A set of two towels per person, for the whole stay.
Pets
Your pet is welcome, subject to prior agreement. Please let us know when you book.

Frequently asked questions
Good to know
Yes, end-of-stay cleaning is not optional: it is charged with every booking, and carried out by our provider after each departure.
You can bring your own linen or rent it: €20 per bed for sheets, €10 per person for towels, for the whole stay. Let us know when you book. A payment link will be sent to you.
Yes, your pet is welcome for €50 for the whole stay. A payment link will be sent to you.
